Obsession

I have 2 new obsessions...

1. BodyPump... this is a class at the gym I go to 2 times a week for 1 hour each.  It's all weights and REALLY intense! I love it and I love the challenge of adding more weights.  It's fast paced and the instructor is really good about making sure technique is there so no one gets hurt.  Awesome class! If you have one near you, try it!

2. Peanut Butter S'more Bars... what?  Not both obsessions can be healthy... they balance each other out!  Here's the recipe for the EASIEST, NO-BAKE dessert!  It's my new go to now... Matt and I fight about who eats more and that it's not fair, we don't share with Caylee yet :)
2 Cups Crushed graham crackers
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
Mix all that together.  If you need a little more butter the recipe calls for up to 1 cup... I have never had to use that though.
Press that mixture into a 9x13 pan
1 Can of Marshmellow Fluff
Spread marshmellow over the peanut butter mixture
1 Cup melted Chocolate Chips- I use milk choc chips- they are softer on my teeth than semi-sweet, but either will work
Pour choc over the marshmellow fluff and spread out.  Put entire dish in fridge and chill until choc hardens.  That's it!  Eat and enjoy!  It is seriously amazing... the only thing that would make it better is adding a layer of cheesecake.  Yes, that would be AWESOME!  The original recipe also said to crush up reeese cups and put on top of the chocolate before you chill... that would be amazing, but isn't necessary (and not worth the money).  It's good by itself!  YUMMMMMMMM!!!

Caylee does like helping to smash the graham crackers :) And I give her tastes of the chocolate when it's melted too.  Otherwise, off limits!  :)

So... those are my 2 new obsessions.  Pretty awesome stuff :)  Try both!  You won't regret either!
