First snow of the year for us in Ottoville/Delphos area!
The snow started this morning. They were calling for 6-10 inches in our area... we definitely got a lot! It's hard to tell how much exactly because the wind is SO STRONG... it blows large banks of snow everywhere, so I don't know how to measure exactly. Some drifts were over a foot high, other places you could still see some grass.... very, very strange. Anyways, Matt got the day off (guess the roads were bad and they sent people home just to be on call in case, but their appointments were cancelling anyways). So... we bundled up Caylee (still in her fleece pj's, then coveralls, then puffy coat, hat and the only gloves I could find!). Here are some pics...
Trees that line the driveway... very pretty snow covered.
I will be much happier when I can find good gloves for her (probably in another year, I can't find anything small enough yet).... this hat was good bc it velcroed under the chin. With the stron wind we needed that extra help to keep her hat on!
Sammy's thoughts on snow... HATE.... I'm kinda with him since the wind was so bad! He hangs out by the door waiting to go inside :)
Diego's thougts on snow... LOVE... he eats it and loves running through it!

First time I took her out... the hat was warm, but didn't stay on well.
