Here we go for the 2nd part...
Labor Day! I thought this pic came out cute :) We have really OLD curtains in the house and they made for a neat backdrop.... plus, look at that CUTE face!
Off we headed to the Van Wert County Fair... Matt had some clients racing and we decided to walk around and see what was going on... I hate cows by the way... they smell and I've had bad experiences with them, so to get me in the cow barn is a big deal.
Checking out the ducks.... Then we headed back to the racing and it started POURING down rain... we were DRENCHED, but it kinda felt good because it was pretty warm out. Needless to say, I didn't get my camera out after that :)
Our SWING!!! My grandparents sent us some money for a new swing as a house warming gift. They had a swing when we were little and my grandma used to sing to us on it, I remember "Bah Bah Black Sheep" the best! Anyways, we finally got the swing this weekend!!! It's perfect!
Caylee already likes it, although getting her to sit correctly is a whole other challenge :) She'll be playing on the ground while I swing :)
So sweet! This will be great and we'll be able to be outdoors much more often since I can sit outside now... before I was always on the ground and that is getting annoying for me as I go on 18 weeks with baby 2! (Inside is fine and we spend much of our day playing on the ground, but outside is just so uncomfortable, so this swing is awesome!)
So that was our weekend! Pretty similar to most, just an extra day because Matt was home most of Monday. We are about festival/fair'd out though... it's amazing how many are up here, and we are just in the middle of the season.... there are already more festivals/fairs we will be going to in the coming weeks! It's been fun to spend time together as a family and Caylee is always so great/flexible at going everywhere with us!
